Day 18 update

A little more on the inspection that failed on Thursday...  The inspector was concerned that the holes where the pipes and wires went from the floor below to the floor above could be hazards in case of fire.  The fire could travel through the holes and more quickly spread through the house.  When they ripped out the walls we saw what we thought was insulation and now know it is a fire break.  So our head carpenter made sure that there were no gaps. 

This is the back of the pantry.  My first thought was frosting, but now I'm thinking pink slime.
